BELGRADE - Energy Minister Petar Skundric says that Russia has given strong guarantees that the South Stream gas pipeline through Serbia will be complete by 2015.
Skundric, opening the Energy Fair in Belgrade today, said that Gazprom officials would come to Belgrade in the next 10 days, where a special protocol would be drawn up relating to the South Stream project.

OSIJEK - A boat carrying euro-diesel fuel from Novi Sad has run aground near the border town of Apatin.
The boat ran aground yesterday because of the Danube’s low water-level, while according to a statement from Croatia’s Emergency Center, owing to the danger of an oil spill, the fuel will be pumped out of the boat today.
The procedure will be carried out using floating dams to prevent any leakages in a joint operation between the Serbian Portal Management and their Croatian counterparts.
